I still reminisce over this meal but unfortunately I haven’t found anywhere in London which does these! (Caramelised apple and cinnamon waffles) This was one of the best days of my life and definitely a highlight of our Canada trip. Hands down one of the most beautiful drives that I have ever done! ⁣ ⁣ We chose to stay in Port Douglas over Cairns and it couldn’t have been better. It was not sign posted well - we turned it into a game of who can spot the orange sticker on the tree. It was quite hard/steep and it was a warm day. But most importantly, I felt like Lara Croft.
